Our Policies are designed to address your needs and respect our providers time.
Cancellations or Resceduling
Any changes within 24 hours of the appointment incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Late Policy
Late arrivals of 15+ minutes will require rescheduling and incur the full service charges.
Return/Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products or services. Once a product leaves the spa it cannot be returned. No exceptions.
