Our Policies are designed to address your needs and respect our providers time.
Cancellations or Resceduling
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancelation or changes. Same day change incurs a $50 charge. No-shows will be charged $100 to the card on file.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule, and $50 will be charged to the card on file.
Return/Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products or services. Once a product leaves the spa it cannot be returned. No exceptions.
